5 Year Limited Warranty
Uniquely Geek warrants its wood furniture products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of five (5) years from the date of initial shipment to the original purchaser. Uniquely Geek furniture is made of naturally variable raw materials. Differences in grain character and color among wood species are naturally occurring variations and are not within the control of Uniquely Geek nor considered defects under this warranty. Natural color changes, variations, or movements in lumber or veneer products can occur and are not covered by this warranty. Exposure to extreme temperature changes, severe changes in humidity, and direct sunlight may cause color changes and/or surface or joint damage and are not covered by this warranty. Several components may have different warranty terms and are specified if applicable. Furniture in which such defects occur will be repaired or replaced at Uniquely Geek’s option or, if replacement or repairs are not possible, alternate financial remuneration may be paid at Uniquely Geek’s option.
5 Year Limited Warranty
Uniquely Geek warrants its clear top coat to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of five (5) years from the date of initial shipment to the original purchaser. Incidental wear, fading, and yellowing to products including scratches & dents occurring from everyday use are not considered defects under this warranty. Furniture in which such defects occur will be repaired or replaced at Uniquely Geek’s option or, if replacement or repairs are not possible, alternate financial remuneration may be paid at Uniquely Geek’s option.
1 Year Limited Warranty
Uniquely Geek warrants its electrical systems for one (1) year from the date of initial shipment to the original purchaser. This includes battery, LED Light Strips, USB ports, and any other electrical components used in the construction of the lighting and/or USB charging ports systems. Furniture in which such defects occur will be repaired or replaced at Uniquely Geek’s option or, if replacement or repairs are not possible, alternate financial remuneration may be paid at Uniquely Geek’s option.
3 Year Limited Warranty
Uniquely Geek warrants its wet/dry erase whiteboard finish to be free from defects for one (1) year from the date of initial shipment to the original purchaser. Scratching or ghosting from improper care or usage is not included. Furniture in which such defects occur will be repaired or replaced at Uniquely Geek’s option or, if replacement or repairs are not possible, alternate financial remuneration may be paid at Uniquely Geek’s option.
**This Limited Warranty applies under conditions of normal residential usage only and does not apply to defects or damage resulting from (a) negligence, abuse, or misuse; (b) inadequate or improper maintenance, cleaning, or care; (c) exposure to chemicals and/or liquids; (d) accidents; (e) any use for which the product was not designed; or (f) commercial usage, which includes rental, business, commercial, institutional or other non-residential use. Transportation or delivery damage is excluded.
